BodyTalk™ changed my life, first in my being able to use the
system for my own health challenges, then those of family
members. My daughter has Down's Syndrome and Diabetes 2.
I walked three miles out of the Gallatin Range of mountains on an
ankle broken in two places by using BodyTalk, my
Ka Ta See
training, a make-shift splint, and the support of other hikers.
Lying
on my couch before and after surgery gave me the time to focus
and study the BodyTalk essentials. I astonished myself by passing
my certification exam with 99% in the written portion and 98% in
the practical.
You'll notice from recent workshops I've taken that I actively
pursue advanced training in BodyTalk.
Most of my clients are women, ranging from 3 to 60. My
male clients have ranged up to 90 years old. I'm honored to work with
of them. We're each of us miracles of survival and healing.

I migrated from California to Montana in the early 1970s, first living
on the Crow Indian reservation, then moving to the Greater Yellowstone
Region. I wanted to live a rural lifestyle, to be where wild things roam,
to touch the cultural roots and Spirit of the West.
Married to a Crow Indian for fifteen years, I've long been associated
with traditional, natural and alternative healing. I've lead Crow-style
sweats for women for 28 years and went on solo vision quests/retreats for sixteen.
I completed most of the
coursework to certify in Nature Connect work or eco-psychology
but let it go when I began to study BodyTalk. In 2003, I
began four years of intensive study in Ka Ta See Traditional
Healing and Balancing and am one of a very small group of certified practitioners. In 2009
I became a
certified BodyTalk practitioner.

I've got twenty-eight years of business ownership expertise, eighteen of
those as the owner/partner/president of Accents West, Inc, a
trend-setting Main Street retail operation, one of the first
Montana businesses
with a flair for the new west. In 2007, I
helped my
daughter, Rose, start a
business of her own, Rose's Rugs.
Since closing the retail portion of Accents West in 1998,
I've worked in free-lance writing,
writing, business consulting, life-coaching, substance
abuse prevention, eco-psychology and energy medicine.
They all come together to support, enhance, and inform my
work as a BodyTalk practitioner. |
