and that the pose will be hard for you to maintain.

The goal of a BodyTalk session is to find the best,
most dynamic point of balance within your
bodymind complex. Then your innate healing
wisdom can successfully address specific
symptoms to establish lasting patterns of good
health.
Any particular illness has at least two causes.
Those causes work independently and in
combination. BodyTalk re-links your body's internal
communication systems, helping them to more
effectively respond to stress, injury and illness.
