Blue Heron are masters of graceful balance.
When you try do the same, what do you notice? Probably that your balance is precarious.
When you try to hold a one-legged heron pose for long, your leg begins to shake, muscles screech, your hip throbs.
You're in balance, right? But it doesn't feel good and the pose will be hard for you to maintain, even if you wanted to.
Everyone has a unique and changeable point of balance.
The goal of a BodyTalk session is to find the best, most dynamic point of balance within
your bodymind
complex. Then your body's innate wisdom can successfully address specific symptoms
to establish lasting patterns of good health.
